Kutno Subzone of Łódź Special Economic Zone was established pursuant to the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated on 22nd August, 2001 to enhance new opportunities for investment.
Currently the Subzone of Kutno has the area of 111,4 ha and includes the following complexes:
* Odlewnicza   
* Holenderska  
* Wschodnia     

At the area of Subzone following companies are located: DS Smith, Fuji Seal, Hoop Polska (Kofola), Sirmax, PolyOne, Libner, Printpack, UMA Investments, Enginova, Lampre. 



Complex is located at the industrial area of Sklęczki, neighbouring with the international road E30 (Moscow-Warsaw-Berlin) and the railway main line E20, as well as system of sidings. In the near future A1 motorway is going to be constructed at a distance of 1.6 km from SEZ. Complex is equipped with the complete infrastructure.

Kutno Subzone area belongs to the Municipal Commune of Kutno and has regulated legal state. It also offers a possibility of selling building lots adapted to the investor individual needs.

Starting the economic activity in Kutno gives the investor possibility of taking advantage of many tax allowances and exemptions. The most important privileges are:
- support in investment matter - up to 50% tax exemptions of beared costs (70% for small and  60 % for medium companies),
- support in employement matter - 50% income tax exemption in expenses  concerning newly employed (70% case of small and 60 % for medium companies) during first two years.
- assistance of Employement Agency in recruitment and training of newly emplyoed
