She has a higher economist education and is a graduate of  the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa). After she had finished education on Ph. D. studies she graduated with the title of the doctor of economics. She has also finished Interfaculty Pedagogical Studies, finances and banking course at Higher Marketing & Business School in Łódź. She has graduated two semestrial of Control & Supervision  postgraduate studies  on Polish Institute of Self-government Administration in Warsaw. She was a councilor of the Voivodship Council in Płock and councilor of the Kutno City Council. In 1997 she has been employed as a City Hall treasurer. She is supervising Department of Budget & Finances.
