Communal and industrial wastes are carried off to the Group Sewage-Treatment Plant built in June 1994. It is a mechanical-biological treatment plant designed to process 20 000 m3 of wastes in  24 hours.

There are two water intakes that supply the industrial plants with sufficient quantities of water. At The Special Economic Zone Area energy suppliers are able to serve up to 50 MW at this moment. The Main Energy Supply Stations still have reserves in capacity. In the Kutno area there are two alternative energy suppliers: Energa S.A and PKP Energetyka.
There are two main light pipes in Kutno. Furthermore, there are two telephone cable networks operators: Telekomunikacja Polska and Multimedia Polska
